Refund policy

No Return/Exchange Policy

At Bling Empire, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality items. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of size issues.

Size Issues
If the size of the item you received does not fit as expected, please contact us at contact@theblingempire.com. We’ll arrange for the item to be returned to us, and after making the necessary adjustments, we’ll send it back to you. Please ensure the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging when returning it.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Refunds
Since we do not accept returns or exchanges, refunds are not available except in cases of defective or damaged items. If you believe you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@theblingempire.com. If the product is eligible for refund, we will take 5-7 days after receiving the product to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer's bank account.
